Workers' Compensation Retrospective Rating Program
The WRA Retro Program was established in 1986, is Washington’s 3rd largest Retro program and has an excellent performance history. The WRA Retro program is experienced in all aspects of the hospitality industry and is the largest Retro group in L&I Industry Group 5 Entertainment, Hospitality and Related Services. Taking part in a Retro program is the only way to receive a refund on your L&I premium. The WRA Retro program has received refunds as high as 46 percent of the standard premium with an average refund of 25 percent of the standard premium since 1986.
Integrated Claims Management, Inc. is the WRA's partner in maximizing your L&I refund and reducing your workers' compensation costs. ICM's approach to claims management assistance and loss prevention services is aggressive in nature and, therefore, very effective for our membership. *Retro is administered for members through the WRA subsidiary, MSC. Some Retro services, such as safety inspections and claims management, are provided through contracted services with Integrated Claims Management. The WRA cannot guarantee individual L&I refunds, but has successfully issued refunds every year since inception.
